The proposal for a new system of remuneration of employees in the company of MORA MORAVIA
Abstract:
Práce je zaměřena na navržení nových forem odměňování a doplnění stávajícího systému odměňování ve společnosti MORA MORAVIA, s. r. o. Analyzuje stávající stav odměňování pracovníků a sociální politiku společnosti MORA MORAVIA, s. r. o. Výsledkem práce je návrh systému odměňování pracovníků na základě teorie celkové odměny.
Abstract:
The thesis is focused on proposing new forms of remuneration and supplementing the existing reward system in the company of MORA MORAVIA, Ltd. It analyzes the current state of paying the workers as well as the social policy of MORA MORAVIA, Ltd. The outcome of the thesis offers a proposal of a new system of remuneration based on the theory of total remuneration.
