Abstract:

Bakalářská práce na téma „Homoparentální rodiny“ se týká homosexuálních párů, kteří spolu vychovávají děti. Bakalářská práce je rozdělena na část teoretickou a část empirickou. Teoretická část práce je věnována základním pojmům souvisejících s homosexualitou a homoparentalitou. Dále se tato část práce věnuje možnostem vzniku homoparentálních rodin. V práci jsou rozebrány právní aspekty homoparentality, a v neposlední řadě teoretická část práce nabízí pohled na homoparentalitu v některých zemích Evropské Unie. Empirická část práce poskytuje objektivní pohled do čtyř homoparentálních rodin, a to do dvou gay rodin a dvou lesbických rodin. V empirické části je dále poskytnut pohled homosexuálních párů a jejich dětí na homosexualitu obecně, ale i pohled na svoji homoparentální rodinu, a to formou rozhovorů. Další část práce obsahuje názory veřejnosti na homoparentální rodiny. V závěru práce jsou shrnuty a zhodnoceny veškeré poznatky.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis on topic „Homoparental Families“, is focused on homosexual couples which are raising children. This thesis is divided into theoretical and practical parts. The theoretical part is focused on basic terminology about homoparentality and homosexuality. Theoretical part also discusses the possibilities of building homoparental families. The legal aspects of homoparentality are analyzed in theoretical part of this thesis and the last, but not least discussed matter is the view of homoparentality in several other countries of EU. The empirical part of this thesis provides objective insight into four homoparetnal families, two homosexual male couples and two homosexual female couples. Attitudes towards homosexual couples and their children to homosexuality in general as well as to theirs homoparental family is presented in the form of interview in the empirical part of this thesis. The following part of the thesis contains public opinion about homoparental families. This thesis is concluded with summary and evaluation of gathered data.
