Bakalářská práce se zabývá pohledem vychovatele na program zacházení v penitenciární péči. Teoretická část je rozdělena do tří kapitol, přičemž první kapitola je zaměřena na pe-nitenciární péči, kde charakterizuje prostředí výkonu trestu, výchovnou funkci trestu, práva a povinnosti odsouzených a Evropská vězeňská pravidla. The Bachelor thesis deals with a treatment programme in penitentiary care from the per-spective of carers. The theoretical part is divided into three chapters, the first chapter fo-cuses on the penitentiary care, which presents the surroundings of prison, the educational function of punishment, the rights and duties of convicted persons and the European Prison Rules.
