Physiotherapy for postnatal abdominal diastasis
Abstract:
Práce se zabývá fyzioterapií u diastázy břišních svalů po spontánním porodu. Za použití některých fyzioterapeutických konceptů a metod se snažím celkově zlepšit kvalitu pohybu a dechový stereotyp pacientky s poporodní diastázou. Cílem této práce je ověřit si nabyté informace a zkušenosti v praxi a tím přispět k řešení, jakým poporodní diastáza je.
Abstract:
The work deals with physiotherapy in abdominal muscle diastasis after spontaneous birth. Using some physiotherapy concepts and methods, I try to improve overall the quality of movement and the breathing stereotype of a patient with postpartum diastasis.
