Tato diplomová práce se věnuje institutu svědka vystupujícím v trestním řízení podle českého právního řádu. Hlavní náplní práce je podrobné popsání procesního postavení svědka v trestním řízení, jeho práv a povinností a průběhu výslechu svědka. This thesis deals with the institute of a witness in criminal proceedings under the legal order of the Czech Republic. The main content of the thesis is a detailed description of the procedural position of a witness in criminal proceedings, his right and obligations and the process of interrogation of a witness.
