Crimes Against the Currency
Abstract:
Tématem této diplomové práce jsou trestné činy proti měně. Práce se zabývá rozborem jednotlivých trestných činů proti měně ve srovnání s jejich úpravou, jež byla obsažena v trestním zákoně a poskytuje návrhy de lege ferenda. Zabývá se i dalšími aspekty spojenými s touto trestnou činností.
Abstract:
This diploma thesis focuses on the crimes against the currency, gathers information about them in comparison with the former penal code and provides suggestions of de lege ferenda. It also deals with other aspects connected with this criminal activities.
