Abstract:
Diplomová práce se zabývá vytvořením krizových scénářů a krizových plánů na základě SWOT analýzy. SWOT analýza mně byla poskytnuta stavební společností ZM s.r.o. Z rizik, která obsahuje SWOT analýza jsem vytvořila krizové scénáře a krizové plány.
Abstract:
Diploma thesis deals with the creation of crisis scenarios and crisis plans based on SWOT analysis. SWOT analysis was given to me by ZM Company. On the risks which are included SWOT analysis, I created a crisis scenarios and crisis plans.
