Costing in the Enterprise

Abstract:

Úkolem bakalářské práce je analyzovat původní techniky kalkulace nákladů a způsob přiřazování nákladů výkonům ve společnosti Hanácké železárny a pérovny, a.s. a na základě zjištěných nedostatků používané kalkulace navrhnout možná zlepšení způsobu stanovení nákladů výkonů. V teoretické části bude uvedeno členění nákladů, budou vymezeny možné způsoby sledování a alokace režijních nákladů a rozebrány jejich výhody a nedostatky. V praktické části budou na základě analýzy původních kalkulačních technik navrženy přesnější způsoby zjišťování nákladů výkonu s ohledem na příčinnou souvislost vzniku nákladů ve spotřebě zdrojů na výrobek ve výrobním procesu. Na závěr bude provedeno srovnání obou variant a budou doporučeny způsoby využití ve vybraném podniku.

Abstract:

The goal of bachelor thesis is to analyze the initial costs calculation technique and methods of costs allocation per unit of output at Hanácké železárny a pérovny, a.s. According to the found deficiencies possible improvements to the method of determining the cost of output unit are suggested. The theoretical part describes categorization of expenses, defines the ways of monitoring and overheads allocation and deals with their advantages and disadvantages. The practical part starts from analysing the current calculation technique and proposes more accurate methods of costs measuring per unit with regard to the causal relation of resource consumption costs in the manufacturing process. In the conclusion there will be compared both versions and recommended ways of usage in selected company.
