Analysis of the application of graduates of telephone crisis intervention in their professional lives

Abstract:

Cílem bakalářské práce je analyzovat uplatnění absolventů výcviku telefonické krizové intervence v jejich profesních životech. A to od motivace, která je k jeho absolvování vedla, přes samotný výcvik až po jeho význam, který měl pro jejich následný život, zejména profesní. Zabývá se především jejich studijním a profesním posunem s ohledem na prodělaný výcvik. Bakalářská práce na základě odborných pramenů popisuje, co je to krize, krizová intervence a jaká jsou specifika telefonické krizové intervence. Pozornost je také věnována výcviku v telefonické krizové intervenci a následně jeho uplatnění v jejich profesích. V práci se prolíná metodologická část s částí teoretickou. V empirickém šetření je využito kvalitativního výzkumného designu, metodou sběru dat je rozhovor pomocí návodu a získaná data jsou analyzována za využití elementů zakotvené teorie, konkrétně otevřeného kódování.

Abstract:

The goal of this bachelor's thesis is to analyse the employment of graduates of telephone crisis intervention training in their professional lives. That is from the motivation to undergo the training, through the training itself, to its importance in their subsequent life, especially the professional one. The thesis is mainly concerned with their educational and career advancement with regard to the training they underwent. Based on expert sources, the thesis describes the terms crisis and crisis intervention, and what are the specifics of crisis intervention by telephone. There is also focus on telephone crisis intervention training and its subsequent employment in the graduates' professions. The work combines a methodological part with theory part. The empirical survey makes use of qualitative research design, the data was collected using interviews with instructions and the data was analysed using grounded theory elements, more specifically using open coding.
