Utilization of water management structures

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá povolováním užívání staveb vodních děl. V teoretické části objasňuje základní pojmy, prameny právní úpravy a organizační strukturu veřejné správy na uvedeném úseku. Charakterizuje proces realizace stavby vodního díla se zaměřením pozornosti na režim povolování jeho užívání. V praktické části je popsán postup při povolování užívání staveb vodních děl podle staré a nové právní úpravy stavebního zákona a provedeno srovnání obou postupů.

Abstract:

This Bachelor thesis deals with the permission of utilization of water management structures. In the theoretical part of this paper work there are introduced the basic concepts and terms, the sources of legal regulations and the organizational structure of public administration in this sphere of activity. It describes the process of realization of the construction of water works with the focus on the regime of permission of its utilization. In the practical part, it describes the chronological sequence of giving permission for utilization of water management structures according to the old and the new legal regulations of the Building Act and compares both of them.
