Diplomová práce se orientuje na problematiku spotřebitelských úvěrů jednak z pohledu regulatorního v komparaci zákona o spotřebitelském úvěru z roku 2010 a zákona o úvěru pro spotřebitele schváleném na sklonku roku 2015, tak i z praktického hlediska ilustrovaného na příkladech reálně dostupných spotřebitelských úvěrů, jejich parametrů a charakteristice jejich poskytovatelů. Abstract:
The thesis is focused on consumer loans either from a regulatory standpoint including comparison of two legislative resources and from practical view focusing on real-life examples from Czech banking and non-bank providers.
