Flora and vegetation of the northern part of Brno

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na výzkum flóry a vegetace na území o celkové rozloze 4,95 km2 vymezeném třemi poli síťového mapování (6765-B-A-b, 6765-B-A-d, 6765-B-C-b) na severovýchodním okraji Brna. Cílem práce bylo pomocí terénního průzkumu zaznamenat druhovou skladbu rostlin daného území, popsat vegetaci pomocí zápisů fytocenologických snímků a charakterizovat přírodní poměry zkoumaného území podle dostupné literatury. Během průzkumu jsem takto zaznamenala 513 taxonů cévnatých rostlin, z toho 36 ohrožených a 20 invazních, a zapsala jsem 21 fytocenologických snímků lesní a ruderální vegetace. Snímky jsem analyzovala v programu JUICE a přiřadila je tak k jednotlivým asociacím, pro lesní vegetaci to byly nejčastěji asociace Galio sylvatici-Carpinetum betuli a Galio odorati-Fagetum sylvaticae, u snímků zapsaných na ruderálních plochách převládala společenstva třídy Artemisietea vulgaris a Galio-Urticetea. Součástí práce je i seznam všech mnou nalezených druhů a dokladový herbář čítající 93 položek.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis is focused on the exploration of the flora and vegetation of an area of total 4,95 km2 defined by three grid cells of a detailed mapping network (6765-B-A-b, 6765-B-A-d, 6765-B-C-b) on the north-east part of Brno. The aim of the thesis was to record the distribution of vascular plants of the area based on field work, also to define vegetation units by recording phytosociological relevés and to characterize the natural conditions of the studied area based on the literature research. During the survey I found 513 taxa of vascular plants, 36 of them endangered and 20 invasive. I sampled 21 phytosociological relevés composed of forest and ruderal types of vegetation. The relevés were analysed in the programme JUICE and assigned to associations, mainly to Galio sylvatici-Carpinetum betuli and Galio odorati-Fagetum sylvaticae for the forest vegetation, as far as for the ruderal vegetation the recorded relevés were mostly assigned to communities of Artemisietea vulgaris and Galio-Urticetea classes. The thesis includes a list of detected species of vascular plants and a documentary herbarium containing 93 speciments of vascular plants.
