Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na vymezení fenoménu migrace, jak legální tak nelegální se zaměřením na kulturní odlišnosti osob, které se jí dopouští. Výsledkem je popsání situace zadržených osob, které jsou umisťovány do detenčních zařízeních v České republice. The bachelor thesis is concetrated on definition of the phenomenon of migration, both legal and ilegal, with focus on cultural differences of people performing it.
