Financing of Chambers of Commerce in Selected EU Countries and Especially in the Czech Republic with an Impact on the Economy

Abstract:

Tato práce se zabývá problematikou hospodářských komor a jejich financováním v závislosti na systémech povinného, či dobrovolného členství. Hlavním cílem práce je rozhodnout o doporučení zavést povinné členství v hospodářské komoře české republiky. Tento cíl bude splněn prostřednictvím cílů dílčích. Prvním dílčím cílem práce je popsat fungování hospodářských komor ve vybraných zemí Evropské unie. Druhým dílčím cílem je komparovat výhody jednotlivých systémů. Třetím dílčím cílem práce je navrhnout systém obsahující povinné členství a zhodnotit jeho výhodnost.

Abstract:

This thesis deals with the chambers of commerce and their funding depending on the system of compulsory or voluntary membership. The main goal is to decide on a recommendation to introduce mandatory membership in Czech Chamber of Commerce. This objective will be achieved through sub-goals. The first part of this thesis is to describe the functioning of chambers of commerce in selected countries of the European Union. The second sub-objective is to compare the benefits of each system. The third part of this thesis is to design a system including compulsory membership and evaluate its profitability.
