The thesis deals with an Austrian standard variety of German language in the context of the pluricentric concept. The goal of the thesis is to evaluate the frequency of chosen variants of Austrian German in written texts on the basis of a theoretical background and empirical analysis. Diplomová práce se zabývá rakouskou standardní varietou německého jazyka v kontextu jeho pluricentrického pojetí. Cílem práce je na základě teoretických východisek a empirické analýzy zhodnotit četnost vybraných variant rakouské němčiny v písemných textech.
