Cieľom mojej práce bude komplexne nahliadnutie na problematiku rozpočtovania v Slovenskej republike, význam, funkcie štátneho rozpočtu, a hlavne rozpočtov územných samospráv, na úrovni obce či vyššieho územného celku, ich fungovanie, vzájomnú interakciu, pôsobenie v slovenskom právnom poriadku.
