Boolean networks are used for modeling gene regulation in system biology. The AEON tool was created for creating, editing, and analyzing parameterized boolean network models. Booleovské siete slúžia na modelovanie génovej regulácie v systémovej biológií. Nástroj AEON vznikol pre vytváranie, úpravu a analyzovanie modelov parametrizovaných booleovských sietí. Ide o voľne dostupný nástroj v podobe webovej aplikácie. Cieľom bakalárskej práce je vytvorenie desktopovej aplikácie, ktorá je založená na nástroji AEON.
