The laboratory excercises enhancement for diagnostic principles adoption

Abstract:

Tato práce se věnuje problematice diagnostiky a testování analogových a číslicových systémů a je určena jako školní pomůcka. Práce se skládá ze dvou částí - teoretické a praktické. Teoretická část se zabývá popisem základních pojmů technické diagnostiky, druhy poruch v technické diagnostice, nejčastějšími poruchami pasivních a aktivních součástek a poruchami a testováním digitálních systémů. Dále obsahuje popis diagnostických a měřících přístrojů firmy ABI Electronics, rozbor stávajících laboratorních úloh do předmětu Diagnostika číslicových systémů a podrobný popis produktů společnosti Mentor Graphics. Praktická část se zabývá instalací licenčního softwaru potřebného k instalaci programů společnosti Mentor Graphics a práci s programem SystemVision Pro. Další část obsahuje vytvořené laboratorní úlohy do předmětu Diagnostika číslicových systémů.

Abstract:

This diploma work deals with the diagnostics of analog and digital systems in frames of educational lessons. Work is composed from two parts - theoretic and practical. Theoretic part describes basic notions of technical diagnostics, fault models, most frequent faults in passive and aktive components, and methods for digital system testing. It brings additionally a brief description of diagnostic and measuring instruments by the ABI Electronics company, analysis of existing laboratory exercises related to the subject of Digital Systems Diagnostics and detailed description of Mentor Graphics company products. Practical part includes the instructive description of licensing software installation necessary for installation of all Mentor Graphics corporation programmes and important for working with SystemVision Pro programme. Another part includes created laboratory exercises for the subject Digital Systems Diagnostics.
