Dokumentace projektu se zabývá sekcí Fundraising a jejím vedením v rámci Mezinárodního festivalu divadelních škol SETKÁNÍ/ENCOUNTER 2016. Za použití metod projektového řízení definuje výchozí situaci pro 26. ročník festivalu a představuje konkrétní cíle a strategie. Práce popisuje členy sekce, vedení sekce a komunikaci se sponzory. This project documentation deals with the Fundraising Section and its leadership within the International Festival of Theatre Schools SETKÁNÍ/ENCOUNTER 2016.
