Abstract:
Bakalářská práce bude zaměřena na téma kolektivní smlouvy. V úvodní části se chci nejdříve zabývat kolektivními pracovněprávními vztahy, jejich subjekty a také formami kolektivních pracovněprávních vztahů. V hlavní části své bakalářské práce se zaměřím na kolektivní smlouvy – jejich druh, obsah, subjekty kolektivních smluv i postup při jejich uzavírání.
