Molecular fators in development of teeth and adjacent structures with focus on collagens and tuftelin
Abstract:
Vývoj zubů probíhá v kontextu morfogeneze dalších struktur čelistí. Tyto procesy ovlivňuje velké množství buněčných i molekulárních faktorů.Screening exprese osteogenních molekul v peridentálním mezenchymu během tvorby alveolarní kosti poukázal na výskyt kolagenu typu XII a XIV a tuftelinu. Tyto molekuly byly proto zkoumány v předložené práci v kontextu odontogeneze a osifikace.
Abstract:
Tooth development takes place in the context of morphogenesis of other structures of jaw. These developmental processes are affected by large number of cellular and molecular factors. Screening of expression of osteogenic molecules in the peridental mesenchymu during alveolar bone development points to the presence of collagen type XII and XIV And tuftelin.
