Cílem této bakalářské práce je zpracovat současné poznatky o genetické determinaci krevních skupin v rámci systému AB0. Zaměřena je především na hlavní krevní skupiny systému AB0, jejich výskyt v populacích, a také na geny pro antigeny H, A a B. Abstract:
Goal of this work is to process present findings about genetic determination of blood groups within the AB0 system. The work is focused on main blood groups of the AB0 system and their occurrence in populations. There are also discussed known genes for H, A and B antigens.
