Abstract:
Aktuální problém současné medicíny je zvyšující se počet kmenů s nebezpečnými fenotypy rezistence. Hlavním mechanismem rezistence u enterobakterií je produkce beta-laktamáz s rozšířeným spektrem účinku (ESBL). Mezi obávané patogeny patří Kl. pneumoniae a E. coli, významní původci infekcí močových cest, krevního řečiště, různých intra-abdominálních infekcí a nemocničních pneumonií (Kl. pneumoniae). …more
Abstract:
Actual problem of contemporary medicine is an increasing number of bacterial strains with hazardous phenotypes of resistance. Production of extended spectrum beta-lactamases (ESBL) is the main mechanism of resistance of the Enterobacteriaceae family.
