Racionalizace systému skladování ve vybrané firmě

Abstract:
V mé bakalářské práci se zaměřuji na problematiku skladování. V teoretické části vám předám informace o skladech, jejich dělení, logistických řetězcích, ale i procesním nástroji Kanban. V praktické části poté provádím analýzu firmy Futaba Czech s.r.o.
