Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zabývá identifikací a vyhodnocením rizik ve výrobním procesu strojírenských podniků. S využitím metody FMEA ve strojírenském odvětví byla identifikována a analyzována rizika podniků působících ve strojírenském odvětví a navržen způsob jejich eliminace. Za nejvýznamnější riziko na příkladu modelového podniku lze považovat poruchu tavící pece spolu s neefektivní koordinací výroby. Za nejzávažnější výrobní rizika může strojírenské odvětví považovat poruchu technologických zařízení a nedostatečně odborně kvalifikovaný personál obsluhující stroje ve výrobním procesu.

Abstract:

The diploma thesis deals with the identification and evaluation of risks in the production process of engineering companies. Using the FMEA method in the engineering sector, the risks of companies operating in the engineering sector and the proposed method of their elimination were identified and analysed. The most significant risk on the example of a model company can be considered a failure of the melting furnace together with inefficient coordination of production. The most serious production risks can be considered by the engineering industry as a failure of technological equipment and insufficiently qualified personnel operating machines in the production process.
