Tématem bakalářské práce je problematika rodinných podniků a jejich specifik. Snahou je vysvětlení rozdílů mezi rodinnými a nerodinnými podniky. Práce si klade za cíl, vyhodnotit úspěšnost a neúspěšnost konkrétního rodinného podniku na základě definovaných interních a externích faktorů. Zmíněny jsou různé způsoby analýz. The topic of the bachelor thesis is the issue of family businesses and their specifics. It seeks to explain the differences between family and non-family businesses. The thesis aims to evaluate the success and failure of a specific family business on the basis of defined internal and external factors. Different methods of analysis are mentioned.
