Abstract:
V této bakalářské práci se zabývám studiem interakcí specifických lektinů s buněčnými povrchy vybrané buněčné linie. Lektiny jsou proteiny specificky vázající sacharidové domény tzv. glykany na povrchu buněk. Díky rozšíření znalostí o buněčných površích prostřednictvím interakcí s lektiny lze lépe pochopit biologii buněk a tyto znalosti následně uplatnit v oblastech tkáňového inženýrství a regenerativní …more
Abstract:
In this bachelor thesis I study interactions between specific lectins and cell surfaces of the selected cell line. Lectins are proteins specificially binding carbohydrate domains on the cell surface which are called glycans. Due to expanding knowledge of cell surfaces through interactions with lectins, it is possible to better understand cell biology and subsequently apply this knowledge in the fields …more
