Identification and interpretation of the specifics of human resources management in organizations of social work services

Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou řízení lidských zdrojů v organizacích služeb sociální práce. V teoretické části se zaměřuji na vymezení základních pojmů, které s vybraným tématem úzce souvisí. Jednotlivé podkapitoly pojednávají o řízení lidských zdrojů z obecného hlediska, blíže popisují jednotlivé personální činnosti, věnují se charakteristice sociálních služeb a jejích specifikům. Na teoretickou část navazuje výzkumná část, která má za cíl pomocí kvalitativní výzkumné strategie zmapovat jakým způsobem je realizováno řízení lidských zdrojů ve vybraných organizacích služeb sociální práce a na základě toho identifikovat specifika v zajišťování personálních činností u tohoto typu služeb.

Abstract:

I?m dealing with the human resources management of the chosen social services organizations in this thesis. The theoretical part is focused on defining of the basic terms, which are closely connected with the chosen theme. There is written about human resources management from a general terms of view, elaborates about single personal activities or duties and deals with the characteristics of social services and its specifics. The theoretical part is followed by the research part. It?s goal is, by the qualitative research, to map out a strategy, how is the management of human resources in the social services organizations realized. On the base of the research, were the provision specifics of HR activities in this type of services identified.
