Thesis deals with problematic of Wilson´s disease – a hereditary disorder of copper metabolism. In theoretical part, the epidemiology, forms of manifestation and main clinical symptoms of Wilson´s disease are elaborated. Bakalárska práca sa zaoberá problematikou Wilsonovej choroby – dedičnej poruchy metabolizmu medi. V teoretickej časti je rozpracovaná epidemiológia Wilsonovej choroby, formy jej manifestácie a hlavné klinické príznaky.
