Abstract:

Diplomová práce s názvem Stresová zátěž perioperační sestry v civilním a vojenském prostředí je teoreticko - průzkumnou prací. Zabývá se problematikou stresu perioperačních sester a možných stresových faktorů vyskytujících se především na operačním sále. Porovnává rozdíly v jejich působení v civilní a vojenské oblasti. Teoretická část je rozdělena do tří oblastí. V první je stručně popsán stres, ve druhé náplň práce perioperační sestry a stresové faktory vyskytující se na civilním sále. Třetí, vojenská část popisuje stresové faktory v zahraniční operaci a náplň práce perioperační sestry ve ztížených podmínkách. V průzkumné části jsou zpracována data z dotazníkového šetření. Průzkum je zaměřen na porovnání stresových faktorů mezi civilní a vojenskou sférou.

Abstract:

The diploma thesis entiled Stress load of a perioperative nurse in a civilian and military environment is a theoretical and exploratory work. It deals with the issue of stress of perioperative nurses and possible stress factors occurring mainly in the operating room. It compares the differences in their activities in the civilian and military field. The theoretical part is dividet into two areas. The fierst briefly describes the stress and workload of the perioperative nurse. The second, military part describes the stress factors occurring in a foreign operation and the scope of work of a perioperative nurse in difficult conditions. In the exploratory part, data from the questionnaire survey are processed. The research is focused on the comparison of stress factors between the civilian and military spheres.
