Bakalářská práce se zabývá otázkou, jakou roli zaujímají sociální sítě v recruitmentu. Cílem bakalářské práce bylo zjistit na danou otázku odpověď a dále zjistit, jakým způsobem se jednotlivé sociální sítě v náboru pracovníků využívají. This bachelor’s thesis covers an issue of social media’s role in recruitment. The aim of the thesis is to find out the answer to what role social media represent in the area of recruitment and to further explore how each particular social media platform is used for the hiring process.
