Proposal for measures to increase performance of the company
Abstract:
Diplomová práce se věnuje návrhu opatření ke zvýšení výkonnosti společnosti STAKO Červený Kostelec s.r.o. Hodnocení je prováděno na základě modelu EFQM a finanční analýzy. Zjištěné silné a slabé stránky z těchto modelů měření jsou převáděny na dílčí cíle podniku a jsou analýzou Balanced Scorecard vhodně implementovány do podniku, což vede ke zvýšení celkové výkonnosti společnosti.
Abstract:
This Master's thesis is focused on design measures in order to increase the performance of the company STAKO Červený Kostelec s.r.o. The Evaluation is based on the EFQM model and financial analysis.
