This work will deal with the issue of a family hotel in Karlovy Vary, which faces the same problem as virtually every hotel in the world - COVID-19. This work will analyze all the aspects necessary to implement the revitalization plan of the Hotel Dvorana and later propose several solutions that could help the overall recovery of the hotel after the pandemic.
