Fulfilling needs of people with housing distress by selected asylum home

Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zabývá naplněním potřeb lidí v bytové nouze ve vybraném azylovém domě. Cílem práce je zjistit, zda je osobám v bytové nouzi ve vybraném azylovém domě poskytována pomoc, která vhodně reaguje na jejich potřeby. Teoretická část se zaměřuje na definování pojmů bytová nouze, azylový dům v kontextu prostupného bydlení, potřeby a kontext bytové nouze ve vybrané lokalitě. Metodologická část představuje kvalitativní strategii výzkumu, která se jeví jako vhodnější k hlubšímu prozkoumání vybraného azylového domu. Vybranými metodami sběru dat jsou polostrukturované rozhovory, focus group a analýza dokumentů. Jednotkou zjišťování jsou pracovníci a uživatelé vybraného azylového domu. Interpretační část analyzuje získaná data pomocí techniky kódování. Závěrem práce se nachází odpověď na hlavní výzkumnou otázku, diskuze s literaturou a využití interpretace odpovědi k doporučení pro praxi a návrhům dalších výzkumů.

Abstract:

Diploma thesis deals with fulfilling the needs of people in housing distress by selected asylum home. The aim of the thesis is to find out whether people in need of housing in a selected asylum home are provided with help that responds appropriately to their needs. The theoretical part focuses on defining concepts of housing distress, asylum home in the context of staircase housing, needs and context of housing distress in the selected locality. The methodological part represents a qualitative research strategy that seems more appropriate for a deeper examination of the selected asylum home. Selected methods of data collection are semi-structured interviews, focus group and analysis of documents. The survey unit is the workers and users of the selected asylum home. The interpretative part analyzes the acquired data using the coding technique. The conclusion of the thesis is the answer to the main research question, the discussion with the literature and the use of the interpretation of the response to the recommendations for practice and proposals for further research.
