Abstract:

ANOTACE Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou dětské delikvence na našem území v období let 2009 – 2013. Možnými příčinami vzniku dětské delikvence, způsoby jejího předcházení, odhalení a následné nápravě mladého delikventa. Při psaní této práce jsem si kladla otázky, čím je způsoben rozmach dětské delikvence u čím dál mladších dětí a jaký podíl na této negativní situaci nese soudobá společnost. Metodou dotazování se probačního pracovníka jsem zjistila, že u některých rodičů plně chybí kontrola nad volným časem svých dětí. Informace získané písemnou korespondencí uvádím v praktické části této práce. Pro zmapování situace na našem území jsem využila statistiky, které mi poskytla mluvčí policie ČR. Díky těmto statistikám se mi podařilo zmapovat kriminalitu dětí v krajích a závažnost jimi spáchaných skutků. Při konečném zamyšlení nad prací o dětské delikvenci, mne napadá, zda podstatnou roli ve vzniku dětské delikvence nenesou videohry, počítačové hry, a v podobném duchu laděné filmy, ve kterých je hrdinou ten, co postřílí nejvíce nepřátel a zdemoluje celé město. Budu ráda, pokud práce otevře některým čtenářům oči a bude přínosem do jejich života.

Abstract:

ABSTRACT The bachelor's thesis deals with the issue of juvenile delinquency in our territory between 2009 and 2013. Specific topics are: causes of juvenile delinquency, methods of prevention, exposure and consequent correction of juvenile delinquents. When compiling this paper i have asked myself the following question: what are the roots of expanding juvenile delinquency with ever-younger children, and how much the current society is to be blamed for the negative situation. by asking probation officers i found out that some parents lack control over the free time of their children. The information gathered by written correspondence is attached in the practical section of this thesis. To describe the situation in our country i used statistical data provided by the spokesperson of the police of the czech republic. Thanks to these statistics i succeeded to map the juvenile crime scene in regions, as well as seriousness of the committed offences. My final thoughts related to the topic of juvenile delinquency make me wonder, whether substantial role is or is not played by video and computer games and movies in a similar vein - where the heroes are those with the highest body count, able to demolish entire cities. I'll be happy if the thesis opens some readers' eyes and brings a valuable input in their lives.
