The aim of the thesis is to carry out an analysis of two plays by Henrik Ibsen. It focuses on the character of Katherine Stockmann in the play called An Enemy of the People and the character of Hilda Wangel in the play called A Master Builder. Bakalářská práce má za cíl shrnout informace o postavách Kateřiny Stockmannové (Katrine Stockmann) z divadelní hry Nepřítel lidu a Hildy Wangelové (Hilde Wangel) ze hry Stavitel Solness od Henrika Ibsena a následně tyto postavy analyzovat.
