Abstract:
Práce se zabývá vytvořením podnikatelského plánu, respektive plánu na rozšíření již vzniklého rodinného podniku. Cílem práce je vytvořit podnikatelský plán, který stanoví kroky jeho realizace, vyhodnotí efektivnost, návratnost investice a rizikovost celého projektu pro optimální řešení, jak nejlépe rozšířit konkrétní rodinný podnik (rodinná Mateřská škola „Sluníčko“). The thesis deals with the creation of a business plan, or a plan for the expansion of an already established family business.
