Abstract:
Diplomová práce se věnuje vkladovému řízení, neboli řízení o povolení vkladu do katastru nemovitostí. Práce se lehce zaměřuje i na katastr nemovitostí a ostatní druhy zápisů práv do něj. Poslední kapitoly pojednávají o problematice vkladového řízení s odkazem na judikaturu České republiky a o zahraničním srovnání se systémem evidence pozemkového práva v Anglii a Walesu.
Abstract:
This diploma thesis discusses the entry proceedings into the cadastre of real estate. This thesis is slightly focused also on the cadastre of real estate and other types of forms, which are registered into the cadastre of real estate. The last chapters of this thesis discuss the problems about entry proceedings in connection with judicature of the Czech Republic. At the very end is foreign comparison …more
