Diplomová práce se zabývá právní úpravou nástrojů řízení práce z pohledu organizační funkce pracovního práva. Nástroje řízení práce jsou druhem opatření, pomocí nichž zaměstnavatelé vykonávají svou dispoziční pravomoc a řídí tak chod svého podniku.
