Následující diplomová práce je zaměřena na skutkovou podstatu dotěrného obtěžování podle českého občanského zákoníku, která je srovnávána jak s relevantními unijními předpisy, tak i s úpravou v Německu (v zákoně proti nekalé soutěži – UWG). Abstract:
The following thesis deals with merits of pestering harassment in accordance with Czech Civil Code which is compared with relevant European Union legislation and with regulation in Germany (in the Act against Unfair Competition – UWG).
