Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se věnuje tématu skončení pracovněprávních vztahů, tedy jednotlivým způsobům, tak aby byly v souladu s platným právem České republiky. Především se zaměřuje na postavení zaměstnance, který je považován za slabší smluvní stranu pracovněprávního vztahu. Taktéž popisuje postavení zaměstnavatele. Hlavním pramenem bakalářské práce je ZP.
Abstract:
This bachelor thesis deals with the ways of terminating employment relationships, there are described individual ways in accordance with applicable law in the Czech Republic. This thesis focuses on the protection of an employees´s position who is considered to be a weaker party in the employment relationship.
