Association between laboratory and field stress testing results

Abstract:

Výsledky měření v laboratorním prostředí a v terénním prostředí mohou být rozdílné. Primárním cílem bakalářské práce bylo zjistit, zda existuje asociace mezi výsledky terénního testu 30-15 IFT a zátěžového testu do vita maxima. Veškeré testování absolvovalo 10 respondentů ve věku od 18 do 20, kteří byli v době měření hráči juniorského týmu FC Baník Ostrava. Testování proběhlo na letního přípravného období, tedy před začátkem nové sezóny. Sekundárním cílem bylo porovnat, zda budou hráči dosahující lepších časů v terénním testování také dosahovat lepších časů během laboratorního měření. Mezi zkoumané hodnoty patřila v terénním 30-15 IFT hodnota dosažených fází, v laboratorním testování to byly hodnoty maximální aerobní kapacity (VO2max), celkový dosažený čas a dosažená rychlost.

Abstract:

The results of measurements in the laboratory and field environment may be different. The primary objective of this bachelor's thesis was to determine whether there is an association between the results of the 30-15 IFT field test and the stress test Do vita maxima. All tests were completed by 10 respondents between the ages of 18 and 20 who were players of the FC Banik Ostrava youth team at the time of measurement. The testing took place during the summer preparation period, i.e. before the start of the new season. The secondary objective was to compare whether players who achieved better times in field tests would also achieve better times during laboratory measurement. The values examined included the value of phases achieved in the field 30-15 IFT, and the values of maximal aerobic capacity (VO2max), total time achieved, and speed achieved in the laboratory tests.
