Abstract:

Ve své diplomové práci zpracuji projekt veřejné knihovny v obci Herálec u Havlíčkova Brodu. Bude se jednat o projekt o provedení stavby. V práci se zaměřím na čtyři hlavní části projektové dokumentace podle vyhlášky 499/2006 sb. po novele od roku 2018. Objekt je navržen jako jednopodlažní samostatně stojící objekt s jedním hlavním vstupem jak pro personál tak návštěvníky. Objekt je osazen na mírně svažitém terénu, je nepodsklepený a zastřešený plochou vegetační střechou. Hlavní vstup do domu je ze západní strany, kde je také umístěn vchod na terasu. Ze zádveří se dostaneme do vstupní haly společně s výstavním prostorem a recepcí, kde sedí zaměstnanec/zaměstnankyně s výpůjčním pultem a za ním je vchod do technického zázemí objektu. Návštěvníci ze vstupní haly mohou pokračovat do veřejných prostor knihovny, kde se nachází volný výběr knih oddělení pro dospělé, týmová studovna (místnost pro besedy a jednání) a dále přes chodbu do dětského oddělení. Z chodby se také můžeme dostat na terasu. V knihovně se nachází knihovní sklad s omezeným přístupem pouze pro personál knihovny. Budova je řešena jako bezbariérová.

Abstract:

In my diploma thesis I will work on a project of a public library in the village of Herálec near Havlíčkův Brod. It will be a construction project. In my work I will focus on four main parts of project documentation according to Decree 499/2006 Coll. after the amendment since 2018. The building is designed as a single-storey detached building with one main entrance for both staff and visitors. The building is set on a slightly sloping terrain, there is no basement and a flat vegetation roof. The main entrance to the house is from the west side, where there is also an entrance to the terrace. From the vestibule we get to the entrance hall together with the exhibition space and reception, where an employee sits with a loan desk and behind it is the entrance to the technical facilities of the building. Visitors from the entrance hall can continue to the public areas of the library, where there is a free selection of books for the adult department, a team study room (room for discussions and meetings) and further through the corridor to the children's department. From the hallway we can also get to the terrace. There is a library warehouse in the library with limited access only for library staff. The building is designed as barrier-free.
