Abstract:

Jedná se o zobrazení snovosti, abstrakce mysli. Vycházející z povahy autora, pokračující v úmyslu vyrovnat se divákovi, a zaujmout jej. Snaha zobrazit přemýšlení, snaha zobrazit sen, snaha zobrazit vnímání jinak než je pro nás obvyklé. Z vycházejích materiálu je jasné že se opětovně jedná o pokus vytvořit surrealistické dílo, ze zážitku autora, které se však otáčí po relativizaci vůči obecenstvu. Dílo je převážně temné, zlé, smutné a melancholické, avšak i přesto v něm lze nalézt chvíle abstraktní naděje, kdy se barvy v obraze mění tak aby uspokojili oko. Dílo vypráví zážitky které se nestaly, popisuje děj který neexistuje, zároveň ale vychází a zpracovává objektivně racionální situaci. Celý film je oknem do divadla jiného dění, toho co člověk zažívá když usíná, když se probouzí, když se zasní, a když se všeobecně vytrací z racionálného vnímání světa, ať už samovolně či dobrovolně. Dílo je reprezentací melancholických, nostalgii kořeněných stavů mysli, zároveň agresivních důsledků oné melancholie a naší celkově zmatené povahy v přemýšlením o světě za hranicemi našeho přemýšlení. Dílo není metafyzické, tudíž teoretické zkoumání jiných stavů je důsledkem pouze vědeckého zkoumání lidského chování, povahy, a projevu vůči okolnímu světu. Celkově se jedná o experimentální film, popisující, zobrazjící a nadějne navozující atmosféru přemýšlení za hranicemi obecné střízlivosti.

Abstract:

The bachelors work called Bdění (Vigil in english) is a representation of several possibilites of mental states, described by either dreaming or psychotropical affection. The video arrangement, sound and the intensity of the presentation deliver an overall capturing of a random feeling, or so-called disparity of a mental state. The whole idea was solely based on experimenting with video and capturing an interesting thing within the experiment, so it can be assumed that the final topic was derived within the time of making the whole work. At the beginning I was gathering data, that is primarily video through a collective way, where I simply recorded daily situations that me and the people around me went through and pictures of the spaces, architecture, nature, or both that fascinated me in some way or would fit the beforehand assumed direction of the work. Within the work process I've reached many points of learning about the subjects of psychology, neurology, and so on to specific topics such as dreams, their capture, social and moral thinking within dreams and also in relation to psychedelics. That whole process of thinking redefined and helped me capture my goals in this experimental video. Which was to create an alternate vision of the perceptive loss of normal conciousness. As of to technical parameters of the work, I worked with all kinds of video equipment, as well as audio, although in relation to delivering a full experience, I've used professional in many cases of audio samples that were later mixed into the movie. The movie is supposed to be presented on a large screen within a dark room to gain full strenght to include the audience.
