Changes of posture with valgus position of feet.

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na problematiku valgozity nohy a způsob, jakým se tato změna odrazí v postuře. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. Teoretická část je určena pro vymezení pojmů postury a valgozity a dále se zabývá kineziologií, funkcí, patologiemi nohy a funkčními řetězci, které spojují plosku nohy s vyššími etážemi. Praktická část se zabývá zpracováním a vyhodnocením pěti kazuistik s následnou diskuzí nad výsledky sledování. Tyto výsledky ukázaly, že korigovaný stoj pozitivně ovlivní valgozitu nohy. Dále že u většiny pacientů na začátku sledování, bude ve stoji největší zatížení plosky nohy pod 1. MTP kloubem. V bakalářské práci je také řešeno, že valgozita nohy nemusí být nutně spojena s plochou nohou nebo valgozitou kolenních kloubů.

Abstract:

This bachelor's thesis is focused on theme of valgus foot and the way it influences the posture. The work is divided in theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part is intended to define terms of posture and valgosity and also deals with kinesiology, function, pathology of the foot and functional chains, which connect foot with higher parts. The practical part deals with processing and evaluation of five cause studies and subsequent discussion on the monitorig results. These results show that the corrected standing positively affecst valgus feet. Furthermore, the majority of patients at the beginning of the monitoring will be standing greatest burden soles of feet below the first MTP joint. The thesis also addresses the valgus feet is not necessarily associated with flat feet or valgus knee.
