Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce se věnuje dvěma základním aspektům místní samosprávy v ČR - osobnímu a územnímu, s konkrétním příkladem (město Brno). Srovnává českou právní úpravu v této oblasti s modelem Slovenské republiky.
Abstract:
The aim of this bachelor thesis is to introduce two most important aspects of contemporary local selfgovernment in the Czech Republic – personal and territorial aspect with the example of the statutory city Brno and contains the comparative part of the thesis constitutes with Slovak Republic model.
