Abstract:

Chandrycká Barbora. Vytvoření konceptu nekuřácké a bezlepkové restaurace v Praze Vysoká škola hotelová. Praha 2015 počet 65 stran. Diplomová práce se zabývá vytvořením konceptu nekuřácké a bezlepkové restaurace v Praze. Součástí práce je vysvětlení a seznámení s dílčími pojmy. Praktická část práce se skládá z rozdílných analýz lokality a populace. V závěrečné části je vyhodnocení všech výsledků, cíle diplomové práce, včetně vyvracení nebo potvrzení individuálních hypotéz. Závěr diplomové práce obsahuje shrnutí a návrh na provoz v dalších letech.

Chandrycká Barbara. Creating the concept of non-smoking and gluten free restaurant in Prague Institute of Hospitality Management. Prague number of 78 pages. This thesis deals with the concept of creating non-smoking and gluten-free restaurant in Prague. The document deals with explanation and introduction of individual concept. The practical part consist analyses of different demographics and locations. In the final part of evaluation I shall present results and goals including rebuttal or confirmation of individual hypotheses. The final section contains a summary and proposed operation in the coming years.
