Hypertensy and obesity in gravidity

Abstract:

Již název napovídá, o čem tato práce pojednává. Hypertenze a obezita spolu v mnoha případech souvisí. Ať už mluvíme o dětech, stávajících matkách nebo o spoluobčanech staršího věku. Práce je teoreticko {--} výzkumná. Teoretický úsek jsem rozdělila jsem na dvě části. V první části se zabývám statistikou hypertenze, etiologií, diagnostikou, terapií a klasifikací hypertenzních chorob v těhotenství. Ve druhé, teoretické části, jsem se zaměřila na definici, dělení a diagnostiku obezity a na obezitu v těhotenství a její prevenci. Zmínila jsem se o vhodném pohybu v těhotenství, o stravě a vitamínech a o psychické stránce těhotné ženy. Praktická část obsahuje stanovené cíle, hypotézy, metodiku výzkumu a prezentaci výsledků. Výzkum jsem prováděla pomocí dotazníků ve společnosti Šumperská nemocnice, a.s. na oddělení šestinedělí. Díky skvělé spolupráci vedení nemocnice, personálu a v neposlední řadě pacientek jsem měla 100% návratnost všech rozdaných dotazníků, což bylo celkem 100ks. Výzkum probíhal v době od poloviny června 2007 do začátku ledna letošního roku. Dotazník obsahuje celkem 21 otázek. Na konci práce je seznam příloh, přílohy a použitá literatura k práci.

Abstract:

The title already mentions what I am going to talk about. Often the hypertension and obesity are connected vessels. It does not matter whether we talk about children, pregnant women or older people. My thesis is both theoretical and research. I have separated theoretical section into two parts. The first one is focused on hypertension statistics, etiology, diagnostics, therapy and hypertension classification in pregnancy. The second theoretical part deals with classification definition and obesity diagnostics, obesity during the pregnancy and its precaution. I talk about exercise during pregnancy, good diet, vitamins and mental condition of the pregnant women. The practical part contains goals, hypothesis, research methodic and results presentation. I executed my research via questionnaire in Šumperk Hospital, Inc., in confinement ward. 100% of the questionnaires have returned back to me thanks to great cooperation of the hospital management, personnel and also the patients. It is 100 sheets in total. The research took place from the June 2007 till January 2008. There are 21 questions in questionnaire. There is the list of appendices, appendices and literature used in this thesis.
