Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce je zaměřena na problematiku řízení motivace a stimulace u pedagogických pracovníků v zařízeních pro výkon ústavní a ochranné výchovy s ohledem na jednotlivé motivační typy lidí. V teoretické části se věnujeme řízení a rozvoji lidských zdrojů ve vztahu k jejich motivaci a stimulaci včetně jejich konkrétních cílů. V neposlední řadě zde definujeme a konkretizujeme jednotlivé motivační typy lidí. Praktická část, kdy využíváme poznatků z teoretické části práce, je zaměřena na samotné výzkumné šetření, jehož cílem je získat informace a poznatky o motivačních faktorech a stimulech u jednotlivých motivačních typů lidi, pracujících v zařízení pro výkon ústavní a ochranné výchovy jako pedagogičtí pracovníci.

Abstract:

This thesis is focused on the management of motivation and stimulation for teaching staff in facilities for institutional and protective education with regard to individual motivational types of people. The theoretical part deals with the management and development of human resources in relation to their motivation and stimulation of their specific goals. Last but not least, we define and concretize different motivational types of people. The practical part where we use the knowledge of the theoretical part of the thesis is focused on the research whose goal is to obtain information and knowledge about the motivational factors and incentives for individual motivation types of people working in the facility for institutional and protective education as teaching staff.
