Abstract:

Práce se pokouší reflektovat komunikaci Ministerstva zahraničních věcí s médii, ke které docházelo v období úřednické vlády Jana Fischera, která trvala od května 2009 do června 2010. Sledováním faktorů, jakými jsou vydávané tiskové prohlášení ministerstva, mediální obraz MZV a Zpráva o české zahraniční politice, se autorka snaží zodpovědět na otázku, jak vypadá komunikace ministerstva s médii, která mají ve fungování moderních společností klíčovou roli, a proto jsou jako takové brány za objekt uplatnění řady společenských normativních požadavků. Za klíčová témata ve zkoumaném období se tak daří v mediích identifikovat diplomatické a vojenské mise, Evropskou unii, návštěvy, protiraketovou obranu a humanitární pomoc. Komunikace MZV se, ale ve zkoumaném období omezila především na reakční prostředky a v tiskových zprávách se tak téměř neobjevovala shodná témata. Práci zakládáme na konceptech popsaných v teoretické části, kdy se mimo konceptu politické komunikace, zaměřujeme na politický systém, public relations, agenda-setting nebo sociální konstrukci reality. Cílem analytické části práce je popis výskytu, míry důležitosti a dalších aspektů, jimiž bylo MZV na stránkách deníku Právo, Mf Dnes, Lidové noviny a Hospodářské noviny zobrazováno a jak samo s médii komunikovalo. Kvantitativní analýza byla doplněna kvalitativní analýzou, pomocí níž je možné dojít k ucelenému obrazu komunikace MZV s médii ve sledovaném období.

Abstract:

This work attempts to reflect the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of communication with the media that occurred during the caretaker government of Jan Fisher, which lasted from May 2009 to June 2010. By monitoring factors such as a press release issued by the Ministry, media image and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs report on Czech foreign policy, the author tries to answer the question of what it looks like the Ministry of Communications with the media, which, in the functioning of modern societies a key role, and therefore as a gateway for object use a number of social normative requirements. The key issues in the analysis period, so successful in the media key diplomatic and military missions, the European Union, visits, missile defense and humanitarian aid. Communications Ministry, but in the period under review almost exclusively from the reaction means and the press reports do not appear so nearly identical themes. Pride in the work on the concepts described in the theoretical part, which is outside the concept of political communication, we focus on the political system, public relations, agenda-setting and the social construction of reality. The aim of the analytical work is a description of the occurrence, extent and importance of other aspects, which was the site of the journal Právo, MF Dnes, Lidové noviny and Hospodářské noviny displayed and how to communicate with the media itself. Quantitative analysis was supplemented by qualitative analysis, by which it is possible to reach a comprehensive picture of communication of MFA with the media in the watching period.
